About C-ROCK

GIOE I is a 30.5-metre Tecnomar motor yacht, built in 2009 and comprehensively refitted in 2022 — a well-maintained, contemporary platform that represents genuine value in the 30-metre charter bracket. Athens-based, with the Aegean as her home water and the Ionian within reach when the week calls for it.

There is a particular kind of Greek summer that GIOE I was made for — whether that means swim-before-lunch quiet or music-until-the-sun-comes-up loud, she handles both without changing character. One day it’s a cove off Kythnos with the engines cut and a cold bottle already open on the aft deck. The next it’s a berth in Mykonos old port, dinner at Scorpios, the tender ferrying friends out until the early hours. Serifos at golden hour, a long morning in Hydra, Ibiza-energy nights when the group wants them — the islands are wide enough for any mood.

Accommodation is across five en-suite cabins for ten guests: a full-beam master on the quiet side of the yacht, two VIP doubles, two twins — a flexible layout for families and mixed groups alike. The aft deck runs long lunches and long dinners; the flybridge becomes either a late-night bar or a sunrise coffee spot, depending on who is up. The main-deck salon carries the in-between hours. A professional crew of five who live these waters read the room the way good hosts read a dinner — when to turn the music up, when to disappear.

Underway, GIOE I cruises at 22 knots with a 28-knot top end — enough to chain multi-island itineraries without sacrificing fuel range or on-deck calm. The 2022 refit brought systems and styling into the current decade while preserving the solid Tecnomar bones. She is not the biggest yacht in the anchorage and was never trying to be. She is the one people on the other yachts end up asking about — the one whose guests look, quietly, like they’ve won the week.
