Special Condition – Use and Installation of the Slide and Jellyfish Pool:
The slide and the jellyfish pool are available upon request and subject to the following conditions:
– Installation of the slide or the jellyfish pool individually requires a minimum of 4 hours at anchor.
– Installation of both the slide and the jellyfish pool simultaneously requires a minimum of 8 hours at anchor.
Usage is subject to weather and sea conditions, at the sole discretion of the Captain.
Advance notice is recommended to ensure proper setup and availability.
Charter Conditions
All charters are arranged under MYBA terms or equivalent agreements, adapted as required by local legal and operational frameworks. Rates are typically exclusive of Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), VAT, and any applicable local taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Use of watersports equipment is subject to availability, regional legislation, and maritime regulations. Full inventory & details will be confirmed upon enquiry.
