*Due to the remote location of Indonesia, there may be instances where motorized toys or other equipment are unavailable on board due to unexpected breakdowns. While we will make every effort to seek replacements, we cannot guarantee their availability within the desired timeframe for the charter.
Charter Conditions
All charters are arranged under MYBA terms or equivalent agreements, adapted as required by local legal and operational frameworks. Rates are typically exclusive of Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), VAT, and any applicable local taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Use of watersports equipment is subject to availability, regional legislation, and maritime regulations. Full inventory & details will be confirmed upon enquiry.
